I didn’t receive my package and have not been contacted

I am not able to track my package. I contacted support and they take days to reply, when they finally replied they said I should go find it in my “local post office”. There is no information to track any post office.. no response yet. It’s been over a month since I ordered and no socks and no reimbursement has been made.
